This sandwich takes all of the classic elements of a good breakfast and combines them into an amazing sandwich. It’s filled with protein and also has the carbs to give you that much-needed energy throughout the day.<\/b><\/p>\n

This dish is packed with flavor and if you pair it with some fresh fruit or maybe yogurt, you’ll have a perfect breakfast in no time. You can also cook the eggs to whatever you prefer (whether it’s over-easy, sunny side up, etc.) but it’ll turn out great no matter what.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n

  • 2 Eggs<\/li>\n
  • 1 slice of pepper jack cheese<\/li>\n
  • Bagel (I prefer either jalape\u00f1o or everything bagels)<\/li>\n
  • Turkey Sausage Links<\/li>\n
  • Special Sauce (mix of 3 parts mayo, 1 part of ketchup, sriracha, and mustard)<\/li>\n
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Directions<\/h3>\n

    1<\/span>First, heat a nonstick pan and add a bit of butter. Toast the two slices of the bagels and press it down if you prefer thinner slices on your sandwich.<\/p>\n

    2<\/span>Next, chop up the breakfast sausage into pieces, and with a bit of butter, crisp them up. Save any grease\/butter in the pan for the eggs.<\/p>\n

    3<\/span>Crack the 2 eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper. once most of the whites are fully cooked add the slice of cheese and cover the pan.
