- 2 Cans Chickpeas
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Paprika
- Cayenne Powder
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Garlic Powder

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 400 F. Drain the chickpeas in a colander to remove as much liquid as possible. Then, pat any excess moisture off with a paper towel (the drier they are, the crunchier they’ll become).
2After that, put them in a baking sheet where you’ll add the oil and as much of all the seasonings as you prefer.
3Give it all a mix, making sure that you have only one layer of chickpeas and then add it into the oven until they’re golden brown and crunchy (50-60 minutes).
